For unclaimed rewards in June 2019, you are entitled to our previous rewards criteria as below:

How To Claim :

1) Email to us at HELLO.PINKBOXCEREAL@GMAIL.COM with the title
"DOLLS CLUB STAR REWARDS CLAIM"
and tell us which item you would to claim

2) We will review your email address for submission & approval

3) A special VOUCHER CODE will be issued to you from us once approved

4) Please allow 1 - 3 working days for us to review and approve your rewards

5) We are NOT responsible for any unclaimed rewards

TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO CLAIM OUR MONTHLY REWARD:

- Each customer is permitted to claim her/his monthly reward on the following month only

 (e.g. Customer A spent a total of RM500 in March, therefore customer A can claim anytime in April)

- Each customer is allowed to redeem her/his reward not later than 2 months after meeting the accumulated total spending in that month 

(e.g. Customer B spent a total of RM250 in March, customer B can only redeem anytime in April or May. If customer B wants to redeem her/his reward in June, we WILL NOT allow that as it has passed its 2-month redemption period)

- Total accumulated spending is based on that month only and cannot be combined with other months

(e.g. Customer C spent a total of RM50 in February and RM100 in March, customer C cannot combine Feb & March spending to claim the reward)

- Shoppinkboxcereal is NOT responsible for any unclaimed rewards after the 2-month redemption period

- Each customer can only choose ONE of the options above and each reward can only be redeemed ONCE during the redemption period

- Setiap pelanggan dibenarkan untuk menuntut ganjaran bulanannya pada bulan berikutnya sahaja
 
  (cth. Pelanggan A sudah berbelanja RM500 pada bulan Mac, oleh itu pelanggan A boleh menuntut pada bila-bila masa pada bulan April)
 
 - Setiap pelanggan dibenarkan untuk menebus ganjarannya tidak lewat dari 2 bulan
 
 (cth. Pelanggan B sudah berbelanja sebanyak RM250 pada bulan Mac, maka pelanggan B hanya boleh menebus pada bulan April atau Mei. Jika pelanggan B ingin menebus ganjarannya pada bulan Jun, kita TIDAK akan membenarkan kerana ia telah melebihi tempoh 2 bulan)
 
 - Jumlah perbelanjaan terkumpul adalah berdasarkan pada bulan itu sahaja dan tidak boleh digabungkan dengan bulan-bulan lain
 
 (cth. Pelanggan C membelanjakan sejumlah RM50 pada bulan Februari dan RM100 pada bulan Mac, pelanggan C tidak dapat menggabungkan perbelanjaan Feb & Mac untuk menuntut ganjaran)
 
 - Shoppinkboxcereal TIDAK bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang ganjaran yang tidak dituntut selepas tempoh penebusan 2 bulan
 
 - Setiap pelanggan hanya boleh memilih SATU pilihan di atas dan setiap ganjaran hanya boleh ditebus SEKALI semasa tempoh penebusan
